Founder & Coach, Revival Training
Revival started at home, after watching my mum lose confidence in her body following injury, not because she didn’t care, but because she was worried about doing the wrong thing.
I’ve spent over a decade in fitness, from personal training, CrossFit and F45, to pushing my own limits in rugby, HYROX and ultra-marathons. I’ve learned that while intensity has its place, most people just need a clear, supportive way to move more.
That’s why Revival is built around simple, guided training that fits real life, helping you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident without pressure.
